Management Research Foundation

The foundation for Management research in Lund (also known as the Research Foundation, RF) was founded in 1985 with the purpose of “through financial contributions support and promote scientific research and development within management, i.e. the effective leadership and development of companies and administrations. Since the start, over two million Swedish kronor in grants have been awarded.

The board of the foundation consists of the same people as the board of MiL Institute, supplemented by one executive and one scientific member:

Certified psychologist and journalist and has been part of the management team at MiL Institute since 2007, responsible for learning development within MiL as well as for the business area “Mentoring”. A program manager for the MiL Programme for Experienced Managers and co- author and editor of several books and publications, e.g. “Earning while Learning in Global Leadership” and “Management and Learning”. Working earlier as a freelance journalist at “Personal och Ledarskap” and with psychological assesments for upper management recruitments. A part of MiL since 1999.

Certified psychologist and PhD in psychology. Associate Professor of Organisational Development at the Department of Organization, Copenhagen Business School, teaching e.g. Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development and Interventions in Organization. Researches within leadership, leader development and the management identity process, as well as about knowledge-related practices in organizations (e.g. employee surveys). Works as a coach (ICF-certified) and with group relation conferences based on a system-psychodynamic perspective (the so-called Tavistock school). Member of the MiL staff since 1996.
