Member of the Management Team with responsibility for MiL´s Open Programmes and the MiL Lab, as well as market communication. BSc in Communication and employed by MiL since 1994. Initiator and leader of Excalibur as well as MiL in Stockholm. Over the last few years Lena has been the initiator of the MiL Campus Week and responsible for MiL´s Open Programmes. Member of the MiL Management Team since 2006.

Programme director, coach, and training mentors and managers globally and nationally. Special interest in personal leadership as well as gender and diversity issues. Also writes about these subjects. Katarina is a Member of the MiL Management Team since 2007.
