A Learning Network

MiL is both a learning organisation and a learning network where a lot of different initiatives for development, quality and renewal are constantly taken and seen through to completion. We frequently challenge our own values base, concepts and methods. We are thus constantly developing our own quality standards.

MiL Coaches are different …

Against this background differences become strengths. It is in the meeting of a variety of specialities and various areas of competence that the new approaches are brought into being. We have researchers, practitioners and consultants, economists, psychologists, lawyers, doctors and more. Here you’ll come across experts in strategy and organisation; in communication and coaching; in leadership and conflict resolution; in business and operational development. Here we contain 30 years’ combined experience of working in many countries and on all continents.

MiL coaches are passionate about achieving results for our customers and about influencing social evolution in more humanistic, more effective and far-sightedly sustainable directions, by constantly contributing to the learning process of others as well as to their own. The humanistic view of people alongside our learning philosophy Action Reflection Learning is vital elements of our values base. In our view, quality means that the values base is always apparent in every assignment and with each customer.

MiL Senior Partners and Associates

Amongst MiL’s circa 60 coaches we have several with a deep commitment to strategic aspects of leadership and development who, to a great extent, act as a guarantee of MiL’s quality: MiL Senior Partners. Other MiL coaches are called MiL Associates or MiL Senior Associates. Many of them are introduced on these web pages in connection with various activities.

MiL Faculty

We have been working for several years with distinguished international experts from many fields, people who complement the expertise we can cover. These people we call guest resources, yet many of these hundreds of people are so close to us that in truth they constitute our Faculty. This circle is also multi-facetted.

MiL Management Team and Administration

To keep the MiL Network of member companies and professionals together around core values, core competences and core businesses with high standards of quality and continual renewal is the main task of the MiL Management Team and Administration. Together with some of the senior partners all in all encompassing 18 people at the Lund HQ and in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

Members of the MiL Staff

The MiL Network of professionals – programme directors, coaches, expert resources and project leaders as well as the management team and administration – is “Members of the MiL Staff”.
