M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Linköping. CEO at Aleris, one of the leading companies within healthcare in the Nordic market. Chairman and member of several Boards of Directors. Formerly deputy CEO at Capio, director of one of the biggest hospitals in Sweden (Gothenburg) and Director of the County Council in Halland. Stanley has a long-term relationship with MiL and has participated in two different MiL programmes. Stanley is a Member of the Board of MiL since 2008.


Ken Dahlstrand

M.Sc. in Engineering from the Technical University in Lund. Transition Manager in the fusion of E.ON’s international business of Trading. Since the late 80’s, Ken has had many different leading roles within E.ON, mostly in the management of subsidiaries and business areas. He is involved in a number of Boards of Directors, both for part-owned and wholly-owned companies within E.ON. He participated in a MiL programme in 2002. Ken is a Member of the Board of MiL since 2008.

M.A. (literature) and educated in systematic process consultation. Programme director, coach and Senior Partner at MiL. Formerly manager of staff development at 3M Nordic. Long-term experience in working with multi-cultural groups and companies. Inger has published articles on teamwork and conflict management, and she is the author of a MiL Concept on Intercultural Competence and co-author of the book ”KI- Kulturell intelligens”, 2007. Inger is a Member of the board of MiL since 2006.

Master of Engineering and business school graduate. Individual coach and process director for completion week at MiL. Previously employed as strategic consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and presently working with operational development at Fryshuset, where his area of competence is change and development. Per is now developing new concepts and customer-adapted missions for MiL’s board of directors from 2009.


Leif Melin

Professor of Strategy and Organisation and Director of the Center for Family Enterprise and Ownership at Jönköping International Business School (JIBS). Formerly a professor of Strategic Management at Linköping University. He has extensive experience in working with executive education, focusing on strategic leadership. Member of the Board at ESBE AB, and JIBS AB, where he also for a period was the Dean and Managing Director. He is doing research on strategic change and corporate governance, especially in family-owned businesses. His latest book is "Strategy as practice", 2007. Leif is a Member of the Board of MiL since 2005.

M Sc Mech Eng, Lund Institute of Technology. President Tetra Pak Processing Systems since 1999. Sam has worked in different positions at Tetra Pak since 1984, mainly in General Mangement. Participated in a MiL programme in 1994-95. Sam is a Member of the Board of MiL since 2008.


Lottie Svedenstedt

LLB from the University of Uppsala. Board member at Stampen, Promedia, Stadium, Claes Ohlsson, Björn Borg, Expert A/S and Kid Interiör A/S. At Kid Interiör A/S she was also the CEO for a short period of time. Lottie has a background in the retail industry, as a former Area Manager at H&M and Business Area Manager at IKEA of Sweden. Former Senior Associate at MiL Institute. Lottie is a Member of the Board of MiL since 2008.


Lena Bergström

CEO at the MiL Institute from the 1st of January 2009. Communications and Behavioural scientist and a number of higher courses, including ADP from the London Business School. Lena was previously the initiator and leader for the entrepreneurs and project leadership course Excalibur, as well as MiL in Stockholm. Employed at MiL gårdarna between 1988 and 1994, then at MiL between 1994 and 2002 and subsequently from 2005.
