Target group for the programme

The Programme for Experienced Managers caters to those who are operative at top management levels, who deal with strategic issues and lead change processes. You need 5-15 years in leading positions. You demand that the time you invest in a development programme will provide personal insight and growth, a broadened view of the world and a new network. You want to be inspired in your leadership and acquire new models and tools to develop your organisation, amongst other things so you can increase other people's involvement, competence and action orientation to an even greater degree.

• Work with the development of your own operations in a coaching group throughout the programme.

Programme components

• 20 days residential on 6 occasions, 2-5 days each time.
• One of the residential sessions is held abroad.
• 8 days in a coaching group to establish concrete ‘foot prints’ in your organisation.
• A meeting with the Programme Manager before the programme begins.
• 1 follow-up day to prolong the effects of the programme.

Venue – MiL Campus at Klippan

Katarina Billing

PROGRAMME MANAGER Psychologist and journalist. Previously worked with psychological assessments for senior management recruitment. Today coaching managers individually or in groups. Special interest in mentoring, gender and personality development.

Jessica Bresby

Programme coordinator MBA specialising in marketing. Is responsible for administration and coordination of MiL’s Open Programmes. Has extensive experience of MiL’s programmes for young and experienced managers.
