Target group for the programme

The Programme New Managers caters to those who are starting out on their career as leaders. You may already have some years’ experience or be newly embarking upon your role as a leader. Project managers, process managers as well as specialists are also welcome. Bigger challenges motivate you and your ambition is to grow as a person and as a leader. You are looking for tools and training in, amongst other things, how to influence, change, build teams and inspire commitment.

PROGRAMME STAFF

Camilla Sternberg

Programme manager MiL Senior Partner, holds a diploma in Organisational Consultancy from the Gestalt Academy, Stockholm. She works dynamically from a perspective of wholeness with individuals, within and between groups, using conflict resolution as a means of achieving genuine interactions. Camilla also works as an artist.

Anders Cedervall

Programme manager MiL Associate, MBA with additional studies in economy and education, and Certified Coach at the Corporate Coach University International. He has worked full time as director on various boards since 2003, and coached people in leadership positions. Anders’ experience as a company director is extensive and covers operational as well as strategic issues. Has a strong focus on questions of leadership and strategy with the aim of creating growth and sustainability. He is co-author of ’The Participation Code – a formula for success in business’. He was formerly MD of AU-System Radio Ltd and Assistant MD for Teleca Ltd.

Jessica Bresby

Programme Coordinator MBA specialising in marketing. Is responsible for administration and coordination of MiL’s Open Programmes. Has extensive experience of MiL’s programmes for young and experienced managers.
