Management-driven business development
Business and leadership development means different things for different businesses. What they all have in common is that some form of strategic change is constantly the order of the day. For true change to take place the people working in the organisation must think, feel and above all act differently. We therefore design a process where people in the company do both problem formulation, analysis and implementation of the necessary change with the support of MiL Institute consultants.
