The MiL Foundation Forum Leadership Conference is a unique arena for reflection, learning and exchange between managers working in private, public and NGO organisations as well as between researchers and consultants in the field of leadership and organisational development.
The purpose of the conference is to create a platform for mutual learning and creative development, bridging the practical knowledge and know-how of managers and consultants and the findings of researchers at the forefront of organisation and leadership studies. By doing this we aim to create the foundation for new collaborations, new relationships and new knowledge work counteracting the trivialisation we experience in the field of leadership development.
