Member of the MiL Management Team and responsible for the area of Internal Company Leadership Development programmes. M.Sc. in Business Administration and Information. Works with development of management teams and team building, change management and custom-made business development. Member of the MiL Management Team since 1997.

Member of the Management Team with responsibility for finance and business control. Employed by MiL in 2007. Long experience in accounting and project management. Nina is a Member of the MiL Management Team since 2008.

Magdalena Kock, Board member
Longstanding experience in senior positions in HR. Currently Senior Advisor and Board member at TRR in Gothenburg and Halland. Prior to this, Director of HR for Stampen Media Group and Director of HR and Vice President of Nobel Biocare. Previous positions with ESAB and ABB. Academic background in HR, economics and labour law, with long-term experience with leadership and managerial development in Sweden and abroad. Board experience within the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, member of the board of directors of MiL since 2015.
