ARL - Action Reflection Learning® is a methodology created by MiL Institute more than 40 years ago (it is also a registered trademark). It enables participants to learn at the same time as they develop their business activities. We call this "earning while learning". Our fundamental attitude means that we always prioritise the task at hand. We focus on the goals that need to be reached and design our teaching around them. In this way, leadership development becomes a consequence of getting the job done.
